MR. RAJEEV GOENKA
Rajeev Goenka is a graduate in Business Management (MBA) from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania. He has 26 years of experience in various industries including bulk and specialty chemicals, renewable energy and education. He is a director in group companies that include Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd and Maharashtra Aldehydes and Chemicals Ltd, both of which are involved in the manufacture of bulk and specialty chemicals. He is also a co-founder of Ecole Mondiale World School and Russel Square International College in Mumbai. Russel Square International College is an affiliate centre of the University of London International Programmes.
MS. ADITI DANDEKAR DIGHE
Aditi draws on her rich experience of more than a decade with children. She has been playing a vital role in the progress of Alphakids Learning Centres Pvt. Ltd., right from its inception. She brings a plethora of experience and sensitivity to her field, which aids the intellectual and emotional growth of preschoolers. An alumnus of Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Arts, Aditi went on to do her Masters in Fine Arts from the prestigious Academy of Arts University, San Francisco, USA. Post her education, she joined as a Trainee in the School Colour division at Camlin Ltd (now Kokuyo Camlin), rising competently through the professional ranks to become the General Manager, Marketing and heading the professional art colours portfolio.
MS. AVANTIKA GOENKA
Avantika Goenka has obtained her Masters in Education Management from King’s College, London in March 2018. She is also a graduate in Strategic Management and International Business (BBA) from Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and has spent a semester studying Business Strategy at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy. She aims to use the knowledge and experiences she has gained abroad to take the Alphakids and Bellwether brands to the next level.
